Proof of broadband connection
- A copy of your contract or monthly bill (DSL, Cable Modem, or better)
- Approx. 128k upstream per simultaneous connection (512k for 5 connections)
minimum. For better quality video, more bandwidth is recommended.
Two forms of identification in color
- At least one form of I.D. MUST have a picture and birthdate.
- All foreign models need to submit a passport. U.S. and Canadian citizens please
submit a valid Driver’s License.
At least one picture of yourself
- Photo must include your face (no hardcore shots).
- This image will be used to promote your live shows. Image must be larger than
150 x 150 pixels.
- If emailed, must be in the form of .GIF, .JPG, .BMP.
Unique Stage Name and Password
- Used to promote your live shows. Letters & numbers ONLY (ten character max,
no spaces)
Ways to send items:
In order to process your stream as soon as possible, please send in all required documents
on the same day. Any documents with a date older than 30 days will no longer be
processed.
Only 1 model per stream unless stream is designated as a girl/girl or girl/guy.
